[Plugin: Google Doc Embedder] PPTX "§(&F%!&ö•"

    Dear Kevin,
    your Plugin functionality sounds great but doesn’t work for me.
    The PPTX -file is shown as “§(&F%!&ö•”

    Google Doc Embedder is the only plugin that is installed.
    Can you help me please to find my mistake?

    Hi Anne,

    There are problems with some Office XML documents in Google’s viewer at the present time. This is noted on the plugin’s web site home page. Without a link or anything to go on I’m only assuming that is the issue in your case. The suggestion is to save the document in Office 2003 format (PPT) for the time being while I await resolution from Google.

    If you want to send me further details, my email address is in the GPL statement at the top of gviewer.php. Not sure why the message wouldn’t send…? Not had any mention of that issue before.
