Please define “not working” 🙂
- What WordPress version are you running?
I managed to find the NomNom theme and tested v1.7 without any problems.

When doing a search it just returns results on a wordpress page just like the standard wordpress search. There are no Google results.

How do you tell the difference?
This plugin uses the same template as the standard search. If everything works fine, only the order of the search results is based on Googles rankings.
Please test by doing the same search with the plugin enabled and then disabled. Is the results really the same?

I guess we are not on the same page. What I am expecting to see is a real Google Custom Search Engine like this.

Are you looking for a plugin that redirects users to a google.com/?cse=… view? You really want to take your users away from your WordPress site when displaying the search results?
My idea with this plugin is to keep the user in a familiar place, including post thumbnails (if available) and other theme specific styles.
PS. You know that half of that screen you provided is covered in ads? Just sayin’. DS.

Yeah but I get adsense money from them and all the search results are mine and link back to my site. Yes this is what I am looking for and I also believe that this is more of a familiar place that a visitor expects in search results, a google page.
I guess there is not a plugin that does this that has just a minimal search box. The widget that google has takes up way too much room.

Sure, I can build a plugin that does just that. Please email me, mail at ptz0n.se with your budget. Thanks.
