[Plugin: Good Old Gallery] Header Comment Injection

Really appreciate the ease of use with this plugin, but it’s quite poor form to add a comment with your link in the header. Keep coding great stuff, but please consider removing that line, as it wouldn’t be usable on a corporate site without editing.
