    I’ve been receiving two popups on the WooCommerce settings screen randomly that say “Error retrieving payment details.” and “Error retrieving PayPal Settings details.” PayPal is successfully connected to the plugin and we’ve successfully ran a few test orders. The WooCommerce log has also thrown several fatal errors related to the plugin. While we haven’t had any issues, a customer yesterday said they tried to place an order and nothing happened. Nothing showed up on our dashboard.

    The “Error retrieving payment details” and “Error retrieving PayPal Settings details” messages are generated when REST API endpoints fail to retrieve data from PayPal’s servers. These failures can be caused by authentication issues, network problems, or PayPal API service disruptions.

    To understand your current setup, we would like to request for your system status report. Please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
