    Hi, when I activate the plugin I see the following warning under the PHP ERROR tab:

    Warning	include_once(): Failed opening '/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/p3-profiler/start-profile.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/7.4/share/pear')	1

        wp-content/mu-plugins/p3-profiler.php:2

    	Plugin: query-monitor

    I have already reinstalled the plugin and also via FTP, so no files are missing.

    Any idea how I can fix this?

    Thank you

    Please look at the path in the error message, that error is from the p3-profiler plugin.

    Occasionally QM will be unable to deduce the correct plugin responsible for an error and ends up blaming itself.

    I had overlooked that this P3 plugin had created a file outside of the plugin directory which was not deleted when I removed it. Thanks for your help!
