[Plugin: General Things Looping Image] won't upload images

I had to create the gt-looping-image folder in uploads to get rid of the 1st error and then when trying to upload images, got this error;

The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/looping_image/looping_image_upload_image.php was not found on this server.

The file is there and the plugins folder is 755. Not being able to up load images makes this plugin pretty useless..
