    Thanks for the feedback!

    There have been no reports of issues with the submission form yet, but its only early days with this plugin…

    Can you post a link to your website so I can have a look/check the submission form please?

    The shortcode needs the spaces removed from within the brackets, so if you change the shortcode to [testimonial-form], it should work.

    Yup. That worked. Funny thing is, I tried this before with no luck. Works fine now. I copied and pasted from your readme.txt file. I will likely ‘hide’ the Company fields, as those don’t really pertain to our clients.

    Glad to hear it is working now.

    I’m sure you know this, but just remember that any modifications you make are not made directly to the plugin files otherwise they may be overwritten with future updates.
