Plugin functions only on devices?

    Hi,
    I am in France, sorry for my poor english.
    I have some issues from several weeks. Many customers complain that they cannot do the payment. When they click on the button payment, the thank you page appears.
    They have not made the payment. The stripe window does not opened.

    For those who are on Mac, they told me they have succeed on Windows computer
    On windows, some payment pages function, some don’t function

    For example, This page :

    I am very penalized on selling my products.

    I think it is resolved now. I couldn’t guess the issue comes from the name product in the shortcode. You are right, I have just “copy-past” the shortcode, changing only the amount.

    I have disabled WP Rocket.
    I hope everything is gonna be ok from now

    I think you can enable WP Rocket back if you changed all buttons names to unique. Just be sure to clear WP Rocket cache when you change your shortcodes.
