[Plugin: Frontpage-Slideshow] Post Thumbnail

Hello,

I am curious if instead of forcing having to use a new custom field if there is a way to have it use the Post Thumbnail. I would greatly appreciate it if you could add this feature or give me some thoughts on how I can accomplish this, whether I need to hard edit the code or what.
