Hi,

Is there any way to NOT delete custom themes when using WP’s auto update feature on this plugin?

hum if I created customs themes its to not delete them when auto update ! may be something wrong on WP updating prossess.

hum got a question : did you created another template (in its own folder) for you template ? or you just modified the default one ? if you just modified the default one : it is logical that your modifications has been deleted…
