[Plugin: Front-end Editor] front end editor not working properly

Hello,

I just installed Front end editor, but that plugin is not working properly.

I have two problems, the first one is that I can see some “HTML/PHP” code around the editing area.
The second is that I don’t have the permission to edit (I’m the admin by the way).
