Plugin for Pricing Quotation

    Please could someone help me out and recommend a pricing quotation plugin based on teh screen shot below.

    Basically, the system will have multiple branches. Based on the selection of the branch, the type of package and office prices change.
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
