Plugin for 'guided faq' / helptool?

    Sorry if my question is a bit devious.
    I’m not aware of a regular term for what I need, so please bear with me 🙂

    I have a customer who wants a “wizard-like” / guided help tool on his website to provide the correct answer based on a series of answers.
    So it’s a series of questions which appear depending on the answer on the previous question.

    E.g.

    "How old are you?"

(Younger than 18) -> question: "Do your parents agree?" -> question: etc.
(between 18 and 65) -> answer: "Please contact us at support@us.com"
(Older than 65) -> answer: "No need to register, you have free access"
etc.

    Before I start writing something from scratch, is there plugin available for this?
