Plugin for favourite/must-read posts

Hi.

Is there a plugin which will allow the WP admin to flag posts as favourites or “must read” posts and list them in a sidebar widget?

The closest one I could find is:

However, it doesn’t seem to have any functionality to list the flagged posts.
