Plugin for digital product

Hello, i am creating a software on C# and i want to sell my product using wordpress. I am looking for a plugin that support monthly subscription and an API so i can check software license from C#.
On the license payment an account should be generated for the user and plugin should integrate mail plugins like Mailchimp.
