Plugin for Cross-Post

What plugin is the best to cross-posting between two wordpress blogs? I have a blog that I’ve posted about 30 posts to and I want to gradually repost them to a new blog, but I’ll be keeping and maintaining the original blog and having all new posts feed between the two blogs.

Is there a plugin or something I can do to make sure that I make this work properly?
