Plugin for capturing Offers and Responses

Hi all,

First time caller long time listener 🙂

I was hoping for some input around if a plugin exists to meet my needs.

What I am looking to develop is a website where registered members could post a request to other members to join them to play a game of sport (i.e Tennis/Golf/Cycling).
I would like the person to fill in a few fields (time/place/how many people/type etc) and then post it.
From there other members could respond to the request (like a reply to a blog or facebook comment).

It would be good if members could filter the requests by type/date/location etc.

Would love for the requests to get put into a calendar..but I figure one thing at a time.

I was thinking a Q&A plugin or service request type or booking system plugin might work but wanted to see if anything might already exist?
