Plugin flight info

Hello is there a way to do this process with your plugin?

Visitor create account

They search for flights

they pick there flight

send us the flight info and deposit for us to reserve the exact flight or one similar

They are put on a payment plan to pay off their ticket balance plus the reservation fee

So basically I want to use your plugin to send the flight information to us.
