[Resolved] [Plugin: Flexible Posts Widget] Indivdual template

  • Hi,

thanks for the easy working plugin! I just have one problem when trying to adapt the format with a invidual template.

Change the name of the template file in the widget area results in the following error: “Warning: include(views/horakuan.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/www/users/elanadm/horakuan/wp/wp-content/plugins/flexible-posts-widget/flexible-posts-widget.php on line 124”

It seems the path to the view directory is hardcoded and I was not able to change the reference to the template directory where I created the folder according to the documentation. How would you setup the referal?

    Thanks for the input, Florian

    Hi flomar,

Per the instructions, the folder name inside your theme root needs to be flexible-posts-widget, not views as it is inside the plugin. This is because there are many plugins that feature theme-customizable templates and we need to know which template goes with which plugin.

    Cheers,

    DaveE
