[Plugin: Flash Video Player] are there certain codecs that dont work?

i have certain videos that won’t play correctly. they have to download completely before playing. this only happens when exporting the videos through quicktime in mp4. it does not happen when exporting the video through camtasia in mp4.
Any ideas?
