Plugin finds no products

    Hi there,
    I’m trying out the plugin, and I choose a category that I know has products tagged against it (to add other categories to them) at the first filter stage.
    I know the category has products attached, but it comes back finding none!
    Most products at this site are attached to more than one existing category – could this be the issue ?
    Any thoughts appreciated.

    Hi,
    No there won’t be an issue if more than one existing category is attached. The plugin will filter if the product contains the selected category even products might have another category.
    If you still observe the same issue, you may contact our support. We shall check this out on your site.
