[Plugin: File Groups] Media Library tab missing

Hi,

I have added: define( ‘FILE_GROUPS_HIDE_NATIVE_MEDIA’, false );
to the end of my wp-config.php file, but the Media Library tab in admin is still missing.

Anyone else experiencing this in WP 3.1.2?
