I had the same problem because of special characters (I’m french). In the “faster-image-insert.php” file replace all “_e” function with the “esc_attr_e”.

I have the same problem as described above. I’m using WordPress in both French and English, and it’s working fine for the English blogs.
I uninstalled/reinstalled the plugin a few times but didn’t fix it. Also tried leyem’s solution but it crashed everything down.
Any chance someone has a solution? Thx 🙂
I had the same issue too. If I put the WP in english, I don’t have the issue anymore.
The problem is now, my blog should be referenced with content in english despite of french. Even if the template is in whole french. i guess it’s an issue with WP in latin languages (also in spanish maybe ?)

After modifying “faster-image-insert.php” like leyem, it works like a charm.
I gave it another try but still not working. However, I deleted both faster-image-insert-fr_FR.po and faster-image-insert-fr_FR.mo files in the languages folder and it solved it for me. Hope it helps 😉
