[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Ability to optionally replicate data

Put this in the “nice to have” category: It’d be great if there was an option to have a field that could toggle active or inactive, in the event a user has identical information for a previous field or set of fields.
The example I’m thinking of would allow the creator of the form to ask for both a shipping and a mailing address, but the shipping address would default to mimic the data in the mailing address. A toggle check box would state “my shipping address is different” (or vise-versa, the checkbox says “my shipping address is the same as my mailing address”). If the user clicks the box, the field(s) either autofill(s), or, in the parenthetical example, the fields are autofilled, and the checking of the box un-fills them.
I could see this coming in handy with phone numbers, addresses, multiple-person logging, maybe some other types of data.
