[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Ability to group fields

I’ve set a few fields before and after fields, in an attempt to group fields with text explanations. For example, I want to have optional details grouped together, and boxed in, or otherwise highlighted with css. Unfortunately, when I try to put HTML before, at least with the titles left of the fields, the HTML before floats up to the top of the form, to the right of all the content, and is totally unusable.

(It occurs to me this moment that I can use the HTML before and after to apply DIVs and classes to group items together, starting a div in one extra field, and ending it in another.)

However, it’d be great if there was a way to group fields together into sub-sections, like having name and contact in one section, address in another, and optional detail in yet another.
