When i try another theme, it works correct.
The theme were the plugin doesn’t work is: Arras 1.5.0.1 by Melvin Lee
Your Arras theme is probably adding a grey border CSS style to all tables of the page and it’s affecting fancybox titles, with a link to the blog i can advise with a quick fix.

On the moment i’ve got another FancyBox plugin installed.
Do i need to activate your FancyBox plugin for the debug?

You can try adding this to your theme’s CSS:
#fancy_title td {border:0}
This fixes a similar problem with the Mystique theme. Thanks!
