• Been using the plugin on two sites for 1 year ok but the plugin has failed after recent WP update to 6.0.2
    Main problem and concern is that hat we are not getting any response from the developer after creating a support ticket and uploading screenshots!?

    first of all, thank you for using our plugins, we are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    could you please share your ticket ID here so I can check this for you?

    Note: our plugin tested and working fine with WordPress 6.0.2 !! you maybe have another issue or conflict!

    Ok, support have finally answered. It appears that a combination of WP upgrade and an Ad Blocker within Chrome, which was active before the upgrade, was causing the App failure. Switching off the Ad Blocker fixed the rendering issue, but not ideal because it worked fine within Chrome beforehand and now the client has to choose between the two!
