Alright, if you’re using my plugin, you should be able to remove the <script> call.
Try removing that line from your fb:like code and see if everything loads alright.
that looked like it did the trick
The anonymous posting still does not work yet. has facebook yet to fix it or is it something with the plugin?
It’s not this plugin. It’s Facebook’s bug. Anonymous posting doesn’t even work on their own live demo.
There are about 15 tickets open about it right now, so the ball is in their court.
Hi Graham,
i just installed your plugin and I have disabled every other plugin that uses Facebook. However, the weird thing is I can only see the Facebook comments title and nothing else. Also, I have noticed that this happens only in Firefox as its perfectly working in Chrome and Safari!
Can you provide a link please?
Sure, you can see the link below, or that of any other post.

I can send screen grabs if needed!
Hi Graham,
The plugin works nicely in my blog for IE and Safari. Great work, Thanks!
However it does NOT show up in Firefox.
I checked it with firebug with such below:
Failed to load source for: http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#appId=1677325532XXXXX&xfbml=1
(the appId is hided by me)
Anything I can do to fix it for Firefox?
Many Thanks in advance.
PS: my version is 1.6
trideep, I just checked and it seems to be working fine. I left a comment and everything!
It won’t work in IE until you check the Include FBML and Include OpenGraph options.
derci,
First off, I can see your app ID by viewing the source of your page, so it’s not really a secret. π
Secondly, I haven’t heard any issues about it not working in Firefox. Perhaps try downgrading to v1.5.2 to see if that works.
Haha … Thanks Graham.
It is also a bit odd to me, usually Firefox is the most adaptable browser.
So, anywhere I can download the v1.5.2?
Or how can I do this?
Thanks again.
Hi I am wondering if I can display and make facebook comments on the front page of my site without having to actually click the title of the post? Thanks.
Brad, you can’t display the comments on the front page yet. It’s on the backlog.
