have you been able to remove the search button? because I didn’t see any search button on the link you provided except for the sidebar search.
Hi Agelowl, yes, i was able to resolve this issue. thanks for the following up.
Hey, Andresg–how did you resolve this? Am having the same issue. Thanks!
@devrap
do you have a sample link?
I was unable to remove it mannualy, however i found a stunning WP template which have lots of options including removing the search button.
The template is Weaver 2.2.6 by Bruce Wampler
I would say give it a try π
Andres
Anyone resolve this? I know that I can hide the form with CSS, but in case a client wants the functionality in the future, and enables it through the plugin settings, the button would still be hidden.
Suggestions?
@vparker@cavendo.com
you can hide the events search at Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives > Show events search? choose No
@agelonwi Thank you very much! That’s what I needed. I assumed that the setting would be in Formats/Layouts > Search Form options
@agelonwl –Ah, excellent. I would never think to look there. How odd! Wonderful, thank you so much for this info.
Sort of agree, because whilst it is a layout thing, it is something you enable/disable on the events page only, which you enable in Pages
I should probably not call that tab Formats/Layouts, leave it exlusively for that and also save myself tying a few extra letters.
