[Plugin: Events Manager] Make editing Formats/Layouts convenient

Saving the settings anywhere in the Formats/Layouts page redirects to the Pages page. It should redirect back to the Formats/Layouts page. For extra convenience, it should open and center the view to the same postbox, eg. Events format or Locations format.

At the moment editing, testing, and re-editing formats includes having to re-open the Formats/Layouts page, searching for the postbox, clicking it open, and scrolling the browser view down to the correct position to continue editing after testing.
