have you try deactivating temporarily your other plugin to test if its a plugin conflict? or switching to wp default theme?
No I have not tried any of those, I will try it now
is this on bp or in the wp/admin area? if in BP make sure it’s not a plugin conflict blocking the wp/admin area for normal users

Thanks Marcus, I have upgraded to the latest version, but the problem still exists. I am however yet to try out deactivating the other plugins on the site

Got the dev version and the exprot works great but now telephone numbers are not being saved… rolling back to release version and it works fine (just no csv export) but dev version doesn’t save attendee phone number (shows as blank when viewing bookings and exporting csv)

checked it out, working for me. bear in mind i’m on the latest dev version.
I was able to successfully download exported .csv file but it only included half the bookings (most with 1 space, one with 4). There were 8 bookings, but only four in the .csv file…
versions 4.14 & 4.15.
Maybe related, in preparing a report manually I looked at each of the bookings that were not included in the .csv file and found the totals correct but the text boxes for all ticket indicated “0”.
I’m not positive, but I *think* those bookings were made prior to version 4.14 upgrade.
