[Plugin: Events Manager] Captcha not appearing

USING: EM 5.1.3 / Pro 2.0.2

We just got hit with a slew of spam bookings, so I signed up for captcha, and went to Events > Booking Form Editor > added the captcha booking field and input the public and private keys. All saved.
Use this booking form box IS checked.

But it’s not appearing on the booking form…
Did I miss a step?
