  • If you are using the shortcode in a template file then you need to use do_shortcode. For example:

    echo do_shortcode('[eo_fullcalendar]');

    That didn’t work. I’m actually trying to input the full calendar code in the introduction.php within the template I am using. It displays text but I have been able to get images to display using image URL/html parameters.

    Sorry for my ignorance but I’m not good with code. I wasn’t sure if there was a <?php…or some similar HTML way of displaying the full calendar?

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[eo_fullcalendar]'); ?>
    … works for me.

    Do you mean you’re trying to copy the class method into your template? That won’t work – the shortcode class handles all the javascript and css that is required for the calendar.

    What images are you referring to…? There are no images in the calendar.

    That code actually worked! I guess my next question would be, can I make the full calender smaller/compressed or just change my extension to [eo_calendar]?

    The images I meant earlier were HTML linked personal images for the site.
