    This is a bug for new installs – the relevant permissions (to manage events etc) aren’t being added to the roles. I’ve just released 1.5.1 to fix this. Upgrading should resolve it.

    At present No update show in my plugins.

    When I will get it ?

    I think it can take up to 24 hours for WordPress to notice an update. But you can go to the updates section on your admin and click refresh. Alternatively you should be able to manually download 1.5.1 from the repository and install it via FTP.

    Got the update in Plugin Update.
    Update it.
    But no EVENT button appear in ADMIN.

    DO you like to see the admin ???

    odd.. You may need to manually activate/deactivate the plug-in. Alternatively, un-installing the plug-in and re-installing should work. I’ve just tried on a fresh install and its working for me now.

    Another possibility is that two plug-ins are trying to take the same spot on the admin menu. If the above doesn’t work try deactivating other plug-ins to see if it appears.

    Hi, I’ve just installed version 1.5.7 and I’m getting this exact problem. I’ve tried deactivating the other plugins that put a button in the same are to no avail.
    An event organiser link appears in settings but the actual link to create events etc is not.

    Any suggestions?

    So was there another plug-in occupying the same place?

    For anyone else who has similar problem, but the above doesn’t fix it another reason why the menu might not appear is because the user lacks teh permissions to edit events.

    When the plug-in is installed, admins should be given the appropriate permissions. They can then allocate permissions to over users in the plug-in settings. If you can’t see the events menu tab (and the above doesn’t fix it) then ensure you’ve been allocated the appropriate permissions.
