[Plugin: eShop] remove "shipping rates" link from checkout process?

    Is it possible to remove the text/link “shipping rates” from the checkout process (I believe it appears on 2 pages). If it involves removing code from php files, can you please provide the file names? Your help truly appreciated!

    Go to Settings > eShop > Special Pages, and delete the page id associated with the shipping rates.
