[Plugin: eShop] Automatically populated options? Also multi level options?

hey there,
I’m loving this plugin!! Now, I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically populate a few of the option fields.

e.g. the site will be selling photo prints, and every single product will be available in the same 4 options: 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, and a box of notecards.

I’m tinkering around in eshop-custom-fields.php, but my understanding of php is pretty lame, so i’m hoping to get some help here before I totally foul things up!

Also, if anyone has any way (elegant or no!) of adding second layers of options (glossy/matte, and border/no border are options for all sizes of prints), I’d love to hear any ideas/hacks/suggestions!

(I know elfin is considering the multi layer options as a future feature, but until then, kludgy hacks welcomed!)
