    I am really sorry to hear about this experience with the plugin. I would require a few more details just to get a better view and context of what’s going on:

    #1 Can you tell us when this started to happen? Was it after a plugin update or any other site changes done recently? can you recall if anything got updates prior to this error?

    #2 Can you offer me a step-by-step description of how this error was reproduced and how it affected the site/user? A video representation of all the steps performed in generating the error can help a lot.

    #3 Can you please email us the system information file via support@melapress.com referencing this ticket?
    This file includes information about your website and our plugin’s setup so we can better understand how it is configured. You can get the system information file from the System Info tab in the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin.
