[Plugin: Easy Table] Column alignment

Is there no way to easily set the alignment for an entire column?
If not, perhaps this could be implemented as some sort of alignment mask, eg:

[table alignmask="cllr"]
Year,Make,Model,Length
1997,Ford,E350,2.34
2000,Mercury,Cougar,2.38
[/table]

where c,l and r stand for center, left and right respectively.
