• I’ve activated this plugin, and placed Google’s search box on the left side bar (I’ve since disabled that search box since it wasn’t working).
    Search results keep taking me to the site’s home page.

    There are no instructions on where to put the “search results” Adsense code, so I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that Adsenser would direct search results to the default WordPress search results page.

    I’ve tried to direct the search results to each of the 2 pages below (and to the home page too), one of them a Private page that I created. None seem to work, search results always seem to go to the home page.

    <form action=”http://thoroughbredracingfans.com/?s&#8221; id=”cse-search-box”>
    <form action=”http://thoroughbredracingfans.com/?page_id=151&#8243; id=”cse-search-box”>

    What am I doing wrong? All I want is for Google search results to be inside my WordPress template using the Atahualpa theme. If a separate page needs to be built for the search results, I don’t want that page showing up in my site menu.

  • The plugin only places the code you provide on your page. What the code does depends on you. You will have to generate the code using Google AdSense for Search, choosing the options you want, and cut and paste it in the text box provided in the Easy AdSenser config page.
