For those following this thread the solution to this item was an actual update to the WooThemes framework.

i did a duplicate of my live site to my localhost.
i’m having the same problem.. 404 error. I did change the site url in the database but all my links are leading to my live site anyway. any clue???

Are you using the latest version? Check out the FAQ page Section 2 (Installer) Question 7 it should give you some ideas.
