[Plugin] doesnt work

hey,

i`ve installed the google syntax highlighter ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-syntax-highlighter/ )

but it doesnt work. my example code is

but i only get this.
can anyone tell me how to fix it? please ..
