Plugin doesn’t work

We have checked your images, and we installed a wordpress tooltip site and all things works well, it is very strange, it seems your site have some js problem, it should not caused by wordpress tooltip plugin? Would you please open https://tooltips.org ,then in the top menu bar, you will find “wordpress tooltip plugin Support” menu item, just click it to submit a ticket, we will help you to solve it 🙂

We traced our support form with a few days, we find everyday, we get support ticket from users, based on your request:
1: We have created a page at https://tooltips.org/support-mailbox-is-here/ , in which you can find our support mailbox address, the page is a password protected page, please use password:
supportishere
to open the page 🙂

2: We use another form as the support ticket support form, we tested many times, every time it works well and we can received ticket mail always 🙂
