    Hi,

I’ve installed the plugin on a friend’s website. I added the shortcode to the menu and the flags appear, but the translation isn’t working – nothing happens when I click on them. I’ve tested it on several devices and it doesn’t work at all.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used this plugin and I’ve never had this sort of problem before.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

When I opened the website it switched to English automatically, so it works, it is just the language selector issue.

First, on desktop it is not visible, it is next to “Let’s talk” button and doesn’t fit properly, maybe you can reposition it to be visible.

I see that your menu has special event listeners in /wp-content/themes/kadence/assets/js/navigation.min.js file which intercept click events on flag images.

My recommendation is to use the “Show floating language selector” option and show the switcher on bottom right corner, you can use Float widget look and it will look great.

Alternatively the navigation.min.js file needs to be modified or you will need to upgrade to the paid version, so it doesn’t depend on javascript events.

    Thanks! 🙂
