Plugin doesn’t send emails

    Dear support,
    we are working with a free version of your plugin. Our WordPress sends correctly email by an SMTP configured by our hosting service. It runs also with some plugins to test the sending feature. We set email confirmation in login setting tab but it doesn’t run. we verified also the spam folder… We tried also the forgotten password sending feature but no email arrived.
