Could you please provide the page URL where you have configure the popup to appear? We can take a look and provide possible solutions. 🙂
Url is http://freestop.info. I have configured the popup to appear on all pages and post as i was just testing how it works.
The issue seems to be that you have set the front page (http://freestop.info) as the Thank You page. The impact of that is once you have be shown the front page, the popup will never appear again. Also, the time-delay for popup #1 is set to -1 seconds, which disables the popup, as the delay needs to be a non-negative number.
Here is how to correct it:
1. In PopupAlly -> Display Settings, under section ‘How to stop showing this popup’, uncheck the front page.
2. In PopupAlly -> Display Settings, for Popup #1, change the time delay to something other than -1 (for example, 5 seconds would be a good time)
3. (You might need to create a simple Thank you page) Only select the thank you page in that section. Thank you page is a page that only subscribers will see after signing up.
4. Your theme’s javascript file is interfering with the popup logic. Once I removed the ‘frontend.js’ script, exit intent and time-delayed popup functions properly. As I was testing, the file is showing an error saying ‘hoverIntent’ throws an exception, so that would be a good place to start.

I did follow 1,2 and 3. Im having problems though with 4. I can’t find “frontend.js’ script. Im completely idiot with scripts..hehehe. Should i just change my theme?

i think the problem is the jquery script i inserted with my theme a couple of days ago..it may have caused the conflict. I deleted it from the theme and i can see the popup now. Thanks for the help appreciate it much.

Hi there,
Once of the Javascript used by your website is causing an error, thus preventing other javascripts (such as the one used by PopupAlly) to run. The error is
‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘offsetParent’ of undefined’
and it is caused by the script ‘stepcarousel.js’.
It is probably included by one of your plugins. I would start disabling the active plugins one-by-one until you find the culprit.

2. You have “show for all pages” check, and the front page NOT checked under “Except for these pages/posts”
