Hi, I manage a two languages website and i installed Polylang (i use it in many of my websites and always worked) 1.7.11 and i have also ACF 5.0.8.
My homepage is made mostly with custom fields and i absolutely cannot change it: to make the homepage look like this with this contents, i must use ACF.
Anyway, my issue is this: i switch from the italian version to the english version (through the pen icon of the switcher) and i change my contents in english; i save the page and i check the front end: both pages are the same. Whatever i change in a field in one language, it appears also in the other one, without saving and keeping the different content.

    Where is the problem?
    Can anyone help me?
I’m very afraid to update the ACF to the latest version because some other times, it med a mess with the content back up.
In a different site i manage, everything works properly (ACF 5.0.8 – Polylang 7.4.8). Why??

Sorry, when i talk about ACF, i’m referring to the PRO version.
    Thanks

I’m sorry again. After hours, I solved. It was a problem of Sync between Polylang and ACF. Just go to Plugin>Polylang>Settings>Sync and uncheck “Custom Fileds”.
In this way, every language will be indipendent.
