    Hello ProvenExpert team,
    after I have installed the plugin, I am supposed to connect to ProvenExpert.
    A CTA button is displayed, which redirects me to my profile in ProvenExpert, to the sub-item Integrations.
    However, there is no pop-up or further request for confirmation.

    Hello,

    thanks for the question.

    After logging in to ProvenExpert, you should see a button on this page https://app.provenexpert.com/integrations/wordpress which you need to click to confirm the connection. You will then be redirected back to WordPress where the configuration will be finalized.

    When I click on the button to connect the account I am redirected, but only to https://app.provenexpert.com/integrations where I see the whole liste of possible integrations.
    No button to confirm anything.
    I did try it with flushed cache and in incognito mode too with the same result.

    I have the “Plus” version but as far as I see it should work, since the plugin uses the PV API which is included in this version.

    Let me know if you need additional informations to look into it.

    Sorry for the late response. With the version of the plugin released last week, you can also enter the API credentials manually in the backend and don’t have to go through the process via provenexpert.com. Simply update the plugin and look under Settings > ProvenExpert. Where to find the API access data is also linked there.
