    Hi @runwaymedia,

    I hope you’re well today! Sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble, let’s get that sorted though!

    Have you already created a Stranger access level, activated it and specified that level for Strangers at Membership > Options?

    Also, have you enabled Membership as well at Membership > Membership?

    Looking forward to getting that sorted for ya! 🙂
