    Hello,

    THANK YOU for your plugin but here is I have problems with your plugin.

    One of the problems is that when I attribute(award) a page where the plugin has to be, he(it) appears on other pages also while I excluded them. When I go on these pages nevertheless the regulation shows that I excluded these pages. Furthermore he(it) does not appear regularly on the wanted page while I asked for it?

    Hi there,

    The symptoms you are describing could be due to caching by a plugin or your host.

    Caching speeds up the performance of your site, but it has the side-effect that changes on the backend might not show up immediately on the front end. This could result in the confusing situation you are seeing.

    If you want to see the change immediately, you can look for an option to clear the cache.

    When I went on your website, I do not see PopupAlly enabled. If the popup is still not working, could you please enable a popup for a page and send us the URL?

    Thank you for your answer.

    The plugin is enabled. The caching is emptied and it does not still work. You confirm of what I thought:it appears no more.

    I had tried several other plugins but they worked the first clicks and after anymore as yours (or they were not compatible with mailchimp)

    I think that there is a problem with the theme. I repatriated my pages of a wordpress.com version for version .org, can it play?

    Hi there,

    It seems like it could be an issue with the display settings. Could you please try the following:
    1. Display Settings -> Show this popup as, check both ‘Time-delayed popup’ and ‘Exit-intent popup’. Set the time delay to 30 seconds.
    2. Display Settings -> Show this popup on which posts/pages? -> Check ‘Show for all pages’
    3. Make sure NO (0) page and NO (0) post is selected for ‘Except for these posts/pages’
    4. Display Settings -> How to stop showing this popup, set ‘Show popup every’ to 14 days
    5. Make sure NO (0) page is selected for ‘Thank you page after signing-up’
    6. Open an Incognito (Chrome) or Private Browsing (Firefox) window, and go to your site. You should see the popup now after the delay and/or exit-intent. (See section 4.b of the tutorial for screenshots http://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/)

    Thank you for your fast answers.

    I made what you have to suggest. The first try(essay) put for a long time to reveal the pop-up. He(it) worked that only once.

    On the other hand when I navigate my iPhone it works but not with Google chromium, Internet Explorer or Firefox on various computers.

    You are right: the popup does not appear on my computer either. This is probably a theme issue. You should contact your theme developer as the website is rendering differently on mobile and desktop devices.
