Plugin Does Not Appeae when I add New Editor/User

    My Custom plugin does not appear as an option for other users I added. I know this may not be the fault of this plugin, I am just asking for ideas on what to do so the plugin will be an option when I add new editor/seo

    You have to grant a user capability which protects your plugin admin menu item to the role in order user with that role see this menu item.
